Lisa Szeponik is programme director and business & human rights expert
Lisa has led various projects across different sectors, including human rights due diligence processes and the assessment of human rights impacts for companies and NGOs. She has extensive experience in developing effective stakeholder engagement tools and methods and in conducting successful stakeholder dialogues. She is trained in Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI).
Lisa holds a diploma in Regional Studies of Latin America with a focus on political science and has many years of experience in sustainability, leadership and stakeholder processes. She established and led Young Leaders for Sustainability, a cross-sectoral leadership program for young professionals who promote community-oriented change in their organisations and companies. Lisa is the co-founder of Happy Works, a consultancy for shaping the working world of the future.
